This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the application of HUBERT JOHNSON, formerly of NEWARK, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1973 and suspended from the practice of law on December 16, 1982, and the Court having on April 19, 1989, conditioned the reinstatement of respondent to the practice of law on the submission by respondent of proof of his enrollment in and satisfactory completion of the five core courses in basic legal education...
