MEMORANDUM OPINION

MARY D. SCOTT, Bankruptcy Judge.

THIS CAUSE came on for trial on December 16, 1991, before the Honorable Mary Davies Scott. James W. Steinsiek, Esq. appeared for the creditor plaintiff; the debtor Gary Henson appeared pro se. The First National Bank in Blytheville ("the Bank") initiated this Complaint to Determine Dischargeability on the basis that the debtor1 had converted the sum of $10,650.24.
