The defendant, Anthony Anaya, was convicted of being an accomplice to second degree murder, see RSA 630:1-b, 626:8, and appeals the Superior Court's (Gray, J.) denial of his motion for new trial. We have previously considered this case on other grounds. State v. Anaya, 131 N.H. 330, 553 A.2d 297 (1988).
