Respondent, Alfonso N. Pearson (Pearson), and his former wife, Lois Garrison Pearson (Lois), continued to own realty in West Virginia after their divorce. While Pearson was residing in Georgia and Lois was residing in Maryland, Pearson attempted to sell the West Virginia property by signing Lois's name to all necessary documents, including a notarized deed.
