Reed L. and Mary B. Beidler appeal judgment affirming the Village of Williams Bay Zoning Board of Appeals' denial of their request for a building permit. The Beidlers contend that a private street on their lot is not a roadway, as that term is used in the ordinance, and thus should not be excluded from the computation of their lot size.
