Liam Agnew and Kevin O'Hara were tried non-jury and were found guilty of possession of a small amount of cocaine and criminal conspiracy.1 Both were sentenced to pay fines of two hundred ($200.00) dollars and serve concurrent six (6) month terms of probation.
