This is an appeal from a decision of the trial court, reversing a decision of the named defendant freedom of information commission (FOIC), wherein the FOIC had ordered the plaintiffs, the town of West Hartford and its director of finance, Andrew F. Urban, to provide the defendants Uniformed Firefighters' Association of Connecticut (UFAC) and its president, Raymond D. Shea, (defendants) with a list of the addresses of retired town employees.
