The issues are (1) whether the trial court had authority to order the mother to repay the Wisconsin medical assistance program for the expense of her pregnancy and confinement, and (2) whether the court properly exercised its discretion in ordering the mother to pay all court costs, including filing fees and the costs of blood tests.
