This appeal arises out of an action for intentional infliction of emotional distress and breach of contract brought by plaintiff against her former employer, Ravinia Club, Inc. ("Ravinia"), its parent company, Club Corporation of America, Inc. ("CCA"), and Charles Cowart ("Cowart"), the manager of Ravinia.
