Defendant-appellant, Sun Hawk Products, Inc. ("Sun Hawk"), appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas dismissing its cross-claim for indemnity against defendant-appellee General Motors Corporation ("General Motors"). In support of its appeal, Sun Hawk raises a single assignment of error, as follows:
