Alexander, a professional tennis player who lived in Atlanta from 1974 to 1987, filed suit against his former financial manager and friend, Ralph Liniado, alleging breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud in connection with their joint venture, which they entered in 1981 for ownership and management of four condominiums.
