Gold Bond Ice Cream, Inc., appeals from a judgment in favor of Karla Haas, a former Gold Bond employee. The issue is whether Gold Bond violated the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), sec. 103.10, Stats., when it discharged Haas for two absences due to morning sickness during her pregnancy and penalized her for a third absence to care for her ill child.
