Georgia-Pacific Corporation (GP) appeals a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, which affirmed the City of Reading Commission on Human Relations' (Commission) determination that GP had violated Section 7(a) of the Reading Human Relations Ordinance1 when it terminated one of its employees, David Graham (Graham).
