Bouchard & Son Greenhouse and the Accident Fund of Michigan appeal by leave granted from an opinion and order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board affirming with modification the decision of a hearing referee awarding benefits to plaintiff Alexander G. Maxwell. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
