Per Curiam.

On May 2, 1990, the respondent was convicted in the County Court, Rockland County, upon his plea of guilty, of the crime of grand larceny in the third degree, in violation of Penal Law § 155.35, which constitutes a class D felony. On September 17, 1990 the respondent was sentenced to five years' probation, to six months' community service, and to make full restitution.
