The Honorable Abram Frank Reynolds adjudicated D.D. delinquent, placed the juvenile on probation and imposed a fine of $300 payable within one year. On this appeal from the order of disposition, D.D. contends that (a) the evidence was insufficient to demonstrate his participation in an attempted auto theft and conspiracy and (b) being thirteen years of age, he was entitled to a presumption that he lacked the capacity to form the necessary mens rea...
