This matter is before the Court upon the objection of the Chapter 13 trustee ("Trustee") to the amended claims of Kemba Credit Union ("Kemba"). Kemba has opposed the Trustee's objection. Following a nonevidentiary hearing on November 12, 1991, the matter was taken under advisement.
