Plaintiffs appeal as of right the trial court's order summarily disposing of their claims of libel and injurious falsehood pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). Plaintiffs contend that the trial court erroneously decided that they were limited-purpose public figures and that they had failed to submit sufficient evidence of malice. We agree in part and reverse.
