Appellant, Ebert H. Harmony Sr., was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (Smith, J.) of third degree sexual offense, fourth degree sexual offense, and battery. He was sentenced to three years imprisonment, suspended, with three years supervised probation, on the third degree sexual offense conviction and one year imprisonment, suspended, with one year supervised probation to run concurrently, on the fourth degree sexual offense...
