FERNANDEZ, Chief Judge.

Appellant appeals from his conviction on four counts of child molestation, four counts of sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 15, and one count of sexual abuse. He contends that the trial court erred in 1) granting the state a continuance rather than dismissing the charges, 2) entering an order precluding defense counsel access to the victim, 3) refusing to grant immunity to a witness, 4) denying appellant's motion...
