The legal question presented to us by the parties in this appeal is whether the divorced spouse, who seeks to relocate the children, has the burden of proof to demonstrate that the move is in the best interests of the children. That is not, however, the question we need to address. The real question is, under all the circumstances, what is in the best interests of the children?
