On February 14, 1990 appellant, Nelson Minor, was convicted in a non-jury trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of reckless endangerment in violation of Md. Code Ann. art. 27, § 120. Appellant was sentenced to four years, and all but the time already served awaiting trial was suspended. Appellant was also sentenced to five years probation.
