Defendant Willis appeals his conviction of cruelty to an animal, OCGA § 16-12-4, enumerating as error that the evidence was insufficient.

Defendant was accused of shooting Tristan, an Australian Shepherd, which was owned by Dr. Janet Clark, a veterinarian. She and her husband, Don Clark, Jr., lived on property adjacent to that of defendant. Clark's father, Don Clark, Sr., who also lived nearby...
