This is a suit on a personal guaranty of promissory notes. This appeal arises out of the granting of a prejudgment attachment in favor of the plaintiff, Bank of Boston Connecticut,1 that imposed a lien on certain partnership interests of the defendants, Richard Schlesinger and William Weinstein.
