Before the court are the cross motions for summary judgment filed by the parties in this case. Plaintiff in her motion seeks partial summary judgment on the issue of liability. Defendants in their motion seek summary judgment on the basis of governmental immunity, comparative negligence on the part of plaintiff and assumption of risk.
