This adversary proceeding was brought by the plaintiff, Joan Ellis, against the debtor-defendant, Timothy Shear, to establish that her claim is nondischargeable under section 523 of the Bankruptcy Code. Her claim is embodied in a judgment against the debtor entered by the Court of Common Pleas for Cuyahoga County (the "State Court") on October 5, 1989 in the amount of $35,000 plus one-half of her attorney...
