Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The record amply supports the hearing court's determination that the defendant's warrantless arrest was based on probable cause and that, accordingly, that branch of his omnibus motion which sought to suppress physical evidence seized incident to that arrest was properly denied. On July 8, 1986, the defendant was apprehended by the police following a high-speed chase and his flight on foot after crashing the vehicle he was driving...
