The defendant appeals from the denial by the Superior Court (Murphy, J.) of his motion for a new trial on the ground of ineffective assistance of counsel. Finding no error, we affirm.

The defendant was convicted of three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2, X-a, and two counts of felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:3. All of the assaults were committed on Holly A. while she, her mother and two sisters were living...
