This matter is before the Court on the defendants', Edward and Clarence Quigley, motion to dismiss the plaintiff John Hall's adversary complaint. Hall, the chapter 11 debtor, filed a three count complaint seeking to avoid an alleged fraudulent transfer to the defendants.
