Ronald Riedl was convicted of failure to stop at a stop sign, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, refusing to submit to a preliminary breath test, and failure to stop at the scene of an accident. Other charges of failure to wear a seat belt and failure to provide proof of liability insurance were dismissed by the State prior to trial.
