The principal issue in this appeal is whether, under the terms of an agreement to convey certain real estate located in Norwalk, the proposed corporate purchaser met its contractual obligations. The defendants also claim that the trial court improperly (1) accepted the trial referee's recommended award of damages, (2) failed to render a decision on their motion for a mistrial and (3) refused to correct the referee's findings of fact.
