Frank Clark appeals his conviction on one count of vehicular homicide, RCW 46.61.520. We affirm.

FACTS

On December 21, 1988, Frank Clark was charged by information with one count of vehicular homicide under RCW 46.61.520. The charges arose from a February 15, 1988, accident in which Clark's vehicle collided with a vehicle driven by John Tierney, causing Tierney's death.
