In February, 1987, appellant, Reisterstown Plaza Associates (RPA), filed a complaint against the appellee, General Nutrition Center, Inc. (GNC), for unpaid rent and other charges, plus attorneys' fees. RPA alleged that GNC owed it money under a lease agreement for a store located in the Reisterstown Plaza Shopping Center.
