Appellee-plaintiff brought suit to recover on a commercial account and, pursuant to OCGA § 7-4-16, sought pre-judgment interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of 1-1/2 percent per month. A jury trial resulted in a verdict in favor of appellee. The judgment that was entered on the jury's verdict contained no specific provision with regard to the rate at which post-judgment interest would accrue.
