In early 1985, appellee, H. Chrystal, saw Dr. Gerald Drabyn, a plastic surgeon, who recommended that appellee have breast reduction surgery to help alleviate her long-standing back pain and problems. Appellee elected to have the surgery and Drabyn requested that appellee give her own blood prior to surgery. On March 1, 1985, appellee had a unit of her own blood drawn by the Red Cross in anticipation...
