Intervenor Wayne County appeals as of right from the trial court's judgment and order allowing plaintiff to recover a settlement of $90,000 from defendants and ruling that Wayne County had no right to a lien against those monies. On appeal, Wayne County contends that it was entitled to a lien against the proceeds of the judgment as compensation for its anticipated, future payment of workers' compensation...
