Steven Hill appeals from his jury convictions of possession of cocaine (K.S.A. 1990 Supp. 65-4127a), possession of marijuana (K.S.A. 1990 Supp. 65-4127b[a][3]), and possession of drug paraphernalia (K.S.A. 65-4152). We note that the issues raised would not affect the marijuana conviction.
