The sole issue presented by this appeal is whether the anti-stay provision in Maryland's Workers' Compensation Law,1 relating to appeals to the circuit courts from decisions of the Workers' Compensation Commission, applies to Commission orders to pay previously incurred medical bills. We hold that it does not and, accordingly, we shall affirm the summary judgment granted by the Circuit Court for Caroline County (Wise, J....
