The Appellants in these three related actions have asked this Court to reverse the Bankruptcy Court's order of June 8, 1990, which authorized the sale of substantially all of the Debtor's assets pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(b) and authorized the establishment of a super priority lien on the Debtor's assets in accordance with 11 U.S.C. § 364(d).
