This case involves more victims of the fraudulent practices of the now-defunct Diamond Mortgage Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates. This Court is again called upon to decide which of the innocent parties should bear the loss resulting from an increasingly familiar pattern of Diamond's conduct.
