Dana Ashley Hawkins, appellant, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Harford County of first degree felony murder and of being an accessory after the fact to that murder. She was sentenced to the custody of the Division of Correction for concurrent life terms, a portion of each of which was suspended: all but fifteen years as to the murder conviction, and, all but ten years with respect to the accessoryship conviction.
