The plaintiffs in these actions seek a refund of real estate taxes attributable to increased assessments imposed on their properties as a result of a comprehensive reassessment program implemented by the defendant Town of Southampton. Their claims are based on the purported delay in the complete implementation of the program, a delay which resulted in the reassessment of some of the parcels in the town before...
