On an appeal from the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, a common pleas court must affirm the decision of the board unless it is "unlawful, unreasonable, or against the manifest weight of the evidence * * *." R.C. 4141.28(O). We hold that the common pleas court abused its discretion in affirming the board's order. Jennings was discharged for "just cause" and he is therefore disqualified from receiving unemployment compensation.
