This is an appeal from a decision of the compensation review division of the workers' compensation commission. The sole issue presented is whether an employer, who has properly intervened in an action by an injured employee against a third party, may set off a claim for future medical compensation against the net proceeds that the employee recovered from the third party tortfeasor.
