HATHAWAY, Judge.

Appellant was convicted after a jury trial of one count of attempted second-degree murder, two counts of aggravated assault, one count of armed robbery, one count of burglary and one count of theft by control. He was sentenced to consecutive terms of imprisonment on the attempted murder, burglary and armed robbery counts totaling 46 years.
