Appellant-defendant executed a promissory note in favor of appellee-plaintiff. When appellant subsequently failed to make three consecutive monthly payments, appellee accelerated the unpaid balance of the indebtedness. When appellant thereafter failed to pay the accelerated balance, appellee brought the instant suit.
