Vendor Services, Inc., brought suit against defendant Leon Goodrum seeking $11,830.01 plus interest and attorney fees pursuant to a written contract of guaranty. Defendant answered the complaint, denied liability, and filed a third-party claim against Microwave Express, Inc., the party which executed the contract guaranteed by defendant.
