Walton, Sr. (Appellant) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County (trial court) denying his Petition for Leave to Intervene in an action to vacate certain streets in the Borough of Industry (Borough) on the grounds that Appellant's interests were already adequately represented.
