Appellant Green brought this Section 1983 action against the Housing Authority of Hamilton (hereinafter "the Authority"), his former employer, alleging that when the Authority discharged him it failed to give him the process due under the federal Constitution. Ruling that Green had no property interest in continued employment as a matter of state law, and thus no federal due process rights, the district court granted the Authority's motion...
