PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted in the Ottawa Circuit Court pursuant to a conditional plea of guilty of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, MCL 330.7401(2)(c); MSA 14.15(7401)(2) (c). He was sentenced to twenty-four months' probation with 180 days in jail, work release, and review after thirty days. Defendant was released from jail after serving thirty days. He now appeals as of right, and we reverse.
